The appellant challenged the State Council’s decision upholding the Municipal Council’s approval of the 1998 budget estimates. On 20 July 1998, the appellant informed the Ticino Cantonal Administrative Court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court noted that the proceedings were thereby exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.

preso atto che in data 20 luglio 1998 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
