The appellant appealed a State Council decision confirming the municipality’s refusal to authorize the sale of an apartment as a secondary residence. preso atto che in data 8 aprile 1998 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
