The appellant filed an administrative appeal against the State Council decision confirming the indefinite revocation of his driving licence. preso atto che in data 6 agosto 1998 la patrocinatrice del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
