The appellant challenged the State Council's decision upholding the revocation of his driver's license by the Department of Institutions, Section of Circulation. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

preso atto che in data 24 giugno 1998 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
