The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision that had upheld a municipal building permit for an apartment building. decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
