The appellants challenged a State Council decision that had upheld a municipal suspension of examination of a building application for a vacation house. la decisione 29 novembre 1995 del Consiglio di Stato (n. 6450) che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dagli insorgenti avverso la risoluzione 22 febbraio 1995 con cui il municipio di __________ ha sospeso per due ani l'esame di una domanda di costruzione relativa all'edificazione di una casa di vacanza a __________ (part. n. __________ RF);
preso atto che in data 4 aprile 1996 il patrocinatore dei ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
