The appellant challenged a State Council decision confirming a municipality’s refusal to grant a building permit for a house in the village core. la decisione la decisione 10 gennaio 1995, no 38, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dall'insorgente avverso la risoluzione 5 ottobre 1994, con cui il municipio di __________ si è rifiutato di rilasciargli il permesso di costruire una casa d'abitazione nel nucleo (part. no __________ RFD);
preso atto che in data 27 luglio 1995 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
