The Ticino Administrative Court noted that the parish had withdrawn its pending challenge to a 1989 parish tax levy after legislative changes. It therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
Art. 60-61 PAmm; withdrawal of appeal; costs: when the appellant withdraws the remedy, the administrative court strikes the proceedings from the docket. In the absence of any contrary basis, no fees or expenses are levied after withdrawal. The court need not decide the merits once the appeal has been abandoned.
