la decisione 26 ottobre 1993, no. 9029, del Consiglio di Stato, che respinge il ricorso 18 agosto 1987 dell'insorgente interposto contro l'esecuzione d'ufficio 15 luglio 1987 del municipio di __________ in merito alla demolizione delle opere abusive sul mappale no. __________ di __________;
rilevato che in occasione dell’udienza di sopralluogo, dopo discussione, il giudice delegato ha invitato il ricorrente a ritirare il ricorso e ad asportare entro breve termine e di sua iniziativa le porte delle autorimesse, confidando che il municipio soprassieda ad esigere anche la demolizione delle pareti almeno sin tanto che non dovesse realizzare opere stradali in contrasto con il manufatto;
ritenuto quanto sopra, il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso seduta stante;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
