The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an administrative appeal against a State Council building-permit decision. On 13 April 1995, the appellant's lawyer informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the case struck out. It also decided that no court fees or costs would be charged.
