The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal on 5 January 1996. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, waived court fees and expenses, and ordered the appellant to pay the respondent CHF 300 as party compensation.

Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
La ricorrente rifonderà al resistente fr. 300.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
