preso atto che il 9 ottobre 2001 il patrocinatore del comune di __________ ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che i resistenti si sono avvalsi del patrocinio di un legale iscritto all'albo, per cui si giustifica la corresponsione di un'indennità per ripetibili;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Il comune di __________ rifonderà a __________, __________ e __________ __________ e __________ __________ l'importo di fr. 800.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
