The appellant withdrew its administrative appeal against the decision of the Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina. The withdrawal was made on the basis of an agreement with the municipality, under which both sides waived claims for costs and compensation. The Tribunal cantonale amministrativo therefore considered the proceedings concluded and ordered the appeal struck off the docket without fees, expenses, or compensation.

la decisione 10 ottobre 1995 del Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina;
preso atto che il patrocinatore della ricorrente in data 29 maggio 1996 ha dichiarato quanto segue:
"vi comunico che la ricorrente __________, ritira il ricorso inoltrato in data 10 novembre 1995.
Ciò avviene con l'accordo del comune di __________, il quale rinuncia alla pretesa di indennità per spese e ripetibili; d'altra parte, __________ rinuncia alle ripetibili assegnatele con sentenza 10 ottobre 1995 del Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina."
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
