The accused withdrew the opposition to a penal order issued by the Federal Office of Communications and also withdrew the request to be tried by a court. The Pretura penale in Bellinzona therefore struck the case from the docket under Art. 78 DPA and held that the penal order became enforceable. No fees or expenses were charged.
