The appellant filed an appeal against a 4 October 2002 decision of the Ticino family allowances fund. la decisione del 4 ottobre 2002 emanata dalla
Cassa cantonale assegni familiari, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle
in materia di assegni di famiglia
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 7 novembre 2002 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte ricorrente un termine di 20 giorni per completare il proprio ricorso (cfr. Doc. _);
vista la lettera 11 novembre 2002 di __________ del seguente tenore:
"Con la presente dichiaro di voler ritirare il ricorso inoltrato il 2 novembre 2002 (incarto 39.2002.83), avendo raggiunto un accordo con la controparte." (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
