The cantonal insurance court dealt with appeals against two decisions of the family allowances fund. After the appellants filed a letter withdrawing the appeals, the court held that the case had become moot. It therefore struck both proceedings from the docket and ordered that no court costs or expenses be collected.
Withdrawal of appeal; mootness and striking-off of proceedings. When the appellant expressly withdraws the appeal, the court must ordinarily take note of the withdrawal and strike the proceedings from the docket for loss of object; if no special circumstances justify a different allocation, no fees or costs are levied.

vista la lettera 27.01.03 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro dei ricorsi (VIII);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. le cause sono stralciate dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
