letti ed esaminati gli atti;
vista la risposta 15.11.02 presentata dalla parte convenuta (IV);
visto lo scritto 10.3.03 con il quale il Tribunale ha informato la parte ricorrente che esistono gli estremi per una reformatio in pejus della decisione contestata (XIII);
rilevato che con lettera 15.4.03 la rappresentante della ricorrente ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso (XVII);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
