The appellant challenged a decision of the Ticino family allowances fund. After the respondent filed its answer, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 2002-07-30. The president of the cantonal insurance court held that the case had become moot, struck it from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.
