letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 27.7.2000 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta;
rilevato che l'avv. __________, con scritto 16.8.2000 comunica di ritirare il gravame avendo la Cassa, nel frattempo, emanato una nuova decisione che accoglie le richieste ricorsuali e, vista l'acquiescenza della convenuta, postula l'assegnazione di adeguate ripetibili (VI) ;
richiamata l'istanza di assistenza giudiziaria 19.7.2000 presentata contempora-
neamente al ricorso (II);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli; la Cassa verserà alla ricorrente a titolo di ripetibili la somma di fr. 800.-- cosicchè l'istanza di assistenza giudiziaria essendo divenuta priva di oggetto, viene stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
