The appellant withdrew the appeal in family allowances proceedings after the administration issued a new decision paying the benefits retroactively from 1 November 1999. richiamata l'ordinanza 5 maggio 2000 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta;
vista la lettera 8 luglio 2000 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso
(Doc. _), in quanto l'amministrazione ha emesso una nuova decisione con la quale le prestazioni vengono versate già dal 1° novembre 1999 (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
