RI 1, represented by RA 1, appealed a 29 March 2004 decision by CO 1 in unemployment insurance. rilevato che in data 3.11.04 la parte ricorrente, sentite le spiegazioni del Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni, ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso (cfr. verbale sub.
doc. XI);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
