in materia di assicurazione complementare contro le malattie
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
vista la risposta 30 marzo 2005 della parte convenuta che propone la reiezione della petizione e lo stralcio della causa per intervenuto pagamento dei premi LCA;
considerata la lettera 11 aprile 2005 degli attori che chiede di stralciare le petizioni;
rilevato che così gli attori ritirano le cause, che diventanto pertanto prive d’oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura del TCA del 6 aprile 1961;
decreta 1. le cause sono stralciate dai ruoli;
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti ai sensi ed effetti di legge.
