In an accident-insurance appeal before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court, the appellant withdrew the complaint by letter of 24 May 2005. The president held that the matter had become moot and ordered the case struck from the roll. The court further decided that no fees or costs would be charged and notified the parties according to law.
