rilevato che, con lettera 1° aprile 2004, la parte attrice, di conseguenza, ha comunicato il ritiro della petizione (V);

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:

  1. non si prelevano né tasse né spese;

  2. intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
