visto che, con lettera 24.5.2000, la parte attrice ha comunicato di ritirare la sua petizione la convenuta avendo, nel frattempo, integralmente pagato l'importo oggetto della vertenza (III);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
