visto che, con lettera 25.10.2000, la patre attrice ha comunicato il ritiro della petizione la parte convenuta avendo, nel frattempo, provveduto al pagamento dell'intero importo oggetto della vertenza (IX)

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:

  1. non si prelevano né tasse né spese;

  2. intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
