The Ticino cantonal insurance court, after a remand from the Federal Insurance Court, ruled only on first-instance costs in a vocational pension case. It ordered the respondent to pay the plaintiff CHF 1,500, VAT included, as party compensation and decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.

preso atto che con sentenza 15 ottobre 2003 il Tribunale federale delle assicurazioni ha rinviato la causa a questo Tribunale affinché, tenuto conto dell'esito definitivo della lite, statuisca sulle ripetibili e spese di parte di prima istanza;
viste le disposizioni di legge di procedura 6 aprile 1961
decreta 1. la __________ verserà alla parte attrice fr. 1'500.-- (IVA inclusa) a titolo di ripetibili;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
