The claimant appealed a cantonal compensation fund decision concerning supplementary benefits. After the tribunal set a deadline for the respondent to file an answer, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 30 January 2003. vista la lettera 30 gennaio 2003 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
