The appellant lodged an appeal against a 26 August 2002 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning complementary benefits. rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
