The Ticino Insurance Court dealt with an appeal against two 26 November 2001 decisions of the cantonal compensation fund concerning supplementary benefits. After the court had warned the appellants that a reformatio in pejus was possible, their lawyer withdrew the appeal on 11 November 2002. The court therefore held that the dispute had become moot, struck the case from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.

rilevato che con lettera 11.11.02 l'avv. __________ ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
