Two appellants challenged decisions of the cantonal compensation fund concerning supplementary benefits. Before the respondent filed its answer, the appellants informed the Ticino Insurance Court that they were withdrawing the appeals. The court held that the cases had become moot, ordered them struck from the docket, and decided that no court fees or costs would be collected.
Withdrawal of an appeal renders the proceedings without object; the court may strike the case from the docket. viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. le cause sono stralciate dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
