The appellant challenged a 15 June 2001 decision of the cantonal compensation fund concerning supplementary benefits. vista la lettera 25.7.01 della parte ricorrente (cfr. doc. _) che comunica il ritiro del ricorso come concordato in data 23.7.01 per suo conto dal sig. __________ con la Cassa (cfr. verbale agli atti sub. doc. _) ;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
