The appellant challenged a Cantonal Compensation Fund decision on supplementary benefits. After the court warned that the appeal could result in a worse outcome, counsel withdrew the appeal. rilevato che con lettera 3 maggio 2002 l'avv. __________ ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
