richiamata l'ordinanza 22 agosto 2000 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta;
rilevato che la parte ricorrente con scritto 14 settembre 2000 comunica di ritirare il gravame, avendo la Cassa accolto parzialmente le sue richieste (doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
