vista la risposta 26.04.04 della parte convenuta che propone la reiezione del gravame;
vista la lettera 08.06.04 del rappresentante del ricorrente che dichiara di ritirare il gravame (V);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
