The insured party, represented by RA 1, appealed an invalidity insurance decision. Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona
in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 10.12.04 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte ricorrente il termine di 20 giorni per motivare e completare il ricorso (II);
vista la lettera 04.01.04 dell’RA 1 che comunica “formalmente di ritirare il ricorso cautelare del 9.12.04" (III);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
