The appellant filed an appeal against the invalidity insurance office’s decision of 25 January 2002. After the respondent asked for dismissal, the appellant sent a letter on 31 May 2002 withdrawing the appeal. The Ticino cantonal insurance court held that the matter had become moot and ordered the case struck from the docket. It also decided that no taxes or costs would be levied.

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
