The appellant challenged a decision of the Invalidity Insurance Office before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court. After the court had invited the parties to submit further evidence, the appellant's representative informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,
in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
vista la risposta 16 gennaio 2002 dell'Ufficio assicurazione invalidità che propone la reiezione del gravame;
richiamata l'ordinanza 21 gennaio 2002 con la quale il TCA ha assegnato alle parti il termine di 10 giorni per presentare eventuali altri mezzi di prova;
vista la lettera 6 febbraio 2002 del rappresentante dell'insorgente che dichiara di ritirare il ricorso (cfr. doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
