RI 1 filed a complaint against decision no. 27406/206 of 5 November 2004 issued by CRTE 1. Before the Pretura penale ruled, CRTE 1 proposed by letter of 16 December 2004 that its own decision be annulled. The President of the Pretura penale accordingly annulled the challenged decision and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
