The appellant filed an appeal against a decision of the Sezione dei permessi e dell'immigrazione but later withdrew it in writing on 5 May 2004. The Pretura penale therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
Withdrawal of an appeal; the appellate authority shall strike the proceedings from the docket once the appellant validly withdraws the remedy. In such a case, the court may order that no fees or costs be levied, if so decided in the dispositive part.
