The President of the Pretura penale in Bellinzona dealt with an appeal filed on 22 November 2002 against a 2002 decision of the Sezione della circolazione, Camorino. After the authority asked on 23 December 2002 for annulment of its own decision, the court annulled that decision and struck the appeal from the docket.
