The Pretura penale of Bellinzona dealt with a complaint filed on 13 October 2003 against a decision of 3 October 2003. By letter of 4 February 2004, the complainant withdrew the appeal. The judge therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
