In a civil case concerning negative declaration and cancellation of execution, the Second Civil Chamber of the Ticino Court of Appeal dealt with a filing of 1 March 2006 that the first judge had treated as an appeal against an order requiring the defendant to appoint counsel. Vista la lettera 3 marzo 2006 dell¿ RA 1 il quale comunica che tale scritto non va considerato quale appello.
pronuncia: 1. La procedura d¿appello incarto 12.2006.62 è stralciata dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano tasse e spese.
