The Second Civil Chamber of the Ticino Court of Appeal dealt with an appeal against an eviction judgment of the Pretura of Locarno-Città. After the President had granted suspensive effect, the appellants' counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn because the parties had reached an extrajudicial settlement.
