The accused objected to criminal decree DA 1669/2004. At the hearing before the Pretura penale, the private complainant withdrew the complaint after the parties reached an amicable settlement. Richiamata l'opposizione 19 maggio 2004 di

interposta al decreto d’accusa n. DA 1669/2004 di data 10 maggio 2004 del AINQ 1

considerato che nel corso del dibattimento penale la parte civile ha dichiarato di ritirare seduta stante la querela penale promossa nei confronti dell’accusato, stante un intervenuto componimento bonale fra le parti;

richiamato l’art. 31 CPS;

decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli.

§ L'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
