The accused withdrew the opposition to a penal decree of accusation before the scheduled public hearing. interposta al decreto d’accusa n. DA 1411/2004 di data 26 aprile 2004 del _AINQ1
preso atto del ritiro della suddetta opposizione con lettera 14 gennaio 2005,
visti gli art. 210 e 211 CPP,
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per il 20 gennaio 2005 alle ore 09:15 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al _AINQ1 per quanto di sua competenza.
La tassa di giustizia di fr. 50.00 e le spese di fr. 30.00 relative alla presente decisione sono a carico dell'opponente.
