decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per il 28 aprile 2004 alle ore 10:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al ___________ per quanto di sua competenza.
