The defendant withdrew his objection to a penal decree. The Pretura penale therefore struck the matter from the docket, declared the decree enforceable, and returned the file to the public prosecutor for further action within his competence. The court also ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
Art. 210-211 CPP; withdrawal of an objection against a penal decree: once the objection is withdrawn, the objection proceedings become devoid of object and are struck from the docket; the penal decree enters into force and the file is returned to the public prosecutor. In such a procedural termination, the court may order that no fees or costs be levied.
