The President of the Pretura penale dealt with an objection to a decree of accusation that had been withdrawn by the accused before the court ruled. Relying on Articles 210 and 211 CPP, the court struck the proceedings from the docket, declared the decree of accusation enforceable, and sent the file back to the assistant public prosecutor for further handling. No fees or costs were imposed.
