The Bellinzona Pretura penale noted that the defendant had withdrawn his objection to a decree of accusation. The president therefore struck the case from the docket, held that the decree of accusation became enforceable, cancelled the already scheduled public hearing of 18 November 2003, and returned the file to the public prosecutor.
